the republic of dreams is published, i noticed, by w.w. norton, an edgy house (they published ‘fight club’ when palahniuk was a total unknown).

which reminds me, national geographic explorer had an article about french villages that time forgot, soon after my post about wanting to go live there. one of these villes was noted for having captured the heart of andre breton, the pope of surrealism. i’ll see if i can find a link about it.
