they really do get murdered, and then penn says in voice-over “and they didn’t go to heaven or anything, because there’s no heaven or hell or god or any of that stuff. they’re just dead.”

a little cold water in the face for all those who want their comedy with a happy ending.

p.s. when football players pray in the end zone, doncha think spikes ought to come up out of the ground and cripple them?
