Indian classical music is one of the oldest musical traditions in the world. The Indus Valley civilization has sculptures which show dance and old musical instruments, like the seven holed flute.

I’m a church organist/pianist, employed by an Episcopal church, and have been commissioned to play a wedding this fall. The conundrum I have is that the bride and groom want only modern music, no hymns at all, for the entire service, as well as before and after. The groom is a fan of classic rock, and also said to think in the spirit of Coldplay ballads, which would be helpful if I listened to them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi
Well I have the music and I play baritone but the problem is how do I memorize it? I’m good at memorizing piano music but our marching band music has different times so that is gonna mess me up. I need tips on memorizing fast and well and I don’t have a home baritone, I play the school’s baritone. And yeah this is my first year in marching band. I need to memorize quickly because rehearsal for the music is near the end of july!!!!! Please help!

Hi,
Your eyes are intended to see light.Your ears are intended to hear sound. The eyes do not have the machinery to hear music. The ears do not have the machinery to see light.Yes, the eyes can feel pressure much as other parts of our body. BUT, they aren’t sensitive to respond to the typical vibration patterns of sound and sound pressure amplitudes, any sound amplitude which will not make you deaf anyway, aren’t enough to even make your eye sensitive to them.If a born-deaf person looks at a set of graphs of audio waveforms, this person will not even know what they are looking at.Similarly, if you explain colors to a blind person, they will not know what you are talking about. Red to them means the past tense of having felt a message in Braile…blue to them means the action of moving air around. These words would have nothing to do with color to them, they wouldn’t even know what color would be
