took a picture of some one-inch-tall sassanian (persian pre-islamic) wargme miniatures i painted for a friend by laying them on a scanner. you can get very detailed pix of small objects that way.

The limitations of a camera and scanner are rather basic, first I’m going to be talking about the camera, which is a small portable device, which is used to take images and manipulate them which the software the camera comes with.
