first off i ought to note that though each of these artists is featured in vitamin d not all of the work below will actually be drawing in the stricktest sense. some won’t be drawing at all. i’ve just used the book as a jumping off point. enjoy-

I often do this with magazines, which you just throw out in the end anyway.
very inspiring selection. there seems to be a growing need for the ‘hand drawn’ look - a trend i am enjoying.
i heard you sold your laptops and bought sketchpads.
@ ivan: yeah, i have some severe denial problems with mags. i often save them for years before finally admitting to myself that i’ll never ever use them for anything. been doing it since i was a kid.
@ ben: i came across that cabanon link while searching out the artists in the book so they must publish someone who’s included in it. can’t remember who though… thanks for the kozyndan link. love that stuff. just wonderful. and btw if that emax site is your own kudos. very nice.
Hi - i just saw your post about the vitamin d book. - thanks for including me on your list - especially since you paired me with some of my all time favorite artists (noble, hererra, dzama…). but i don’t think i’m in the vitamin d book.
best-

hmmm… how did that happen? that’s what you get for believing what you read on the internet. ah well. you should have been in it in any case!
